JobFlow is provided by Cibercoding Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation. It helps businesses document field work. You are responsible for account access, accurate information, authorized business membership and lawful use of customer, employee and business data. Keep your credentials secure and contact team@cibercoding.com about unauthorized access.
30-day JobFlow trial and Free
A new business receives an app-managed 30-day Pro trial. No payment method is needed and the trial does not automatically charge you or start an Apple/Google subscription. When it ends, the usable Free plan remains unless you choose optional Pro. Initial Free limits are one write seat, 10 new jobs per UTC calendar month, no cloud AI and 250 MB of accepted media. Permitted core manual work, reading and export remain available.
Optional Pro subscriptions
Where offered, paid Pro is purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store shows the actual price, billing period, renewal terms and applicable taxes before purchase. Purchased subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled according to the applicable store terms. Manage or cancel in that store account. The JobFlow trial is separate; no second store free trial is offered. Deleting the JobFlow account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Purchases and refunds are governed by the applicable platform rules and law; Cibercoding does not promise refunds it cannot issue.
Features, limits and your data
Free and Pro features and limits may evolve prospectively, with notice where required. Existing data is not deleted merely because you downgrade; applicable access and capacity limits still apply. Core field capture can work without AI. Cloud AI, real fiscal issuance, real payment processing, push and live email delivery are currently unavailable. Manual payment records do not move money. Typed acknowledgements are not qualified electronic signatures, and invoice drafts are not a claim of legally valid fiscal issuance.
Acceptable use and availability
Use JobFlow lawfully and only with authority to process the data you enter. Do not misuse sensitive information, compromise security, access another business without permission or interfere with the service. JobFlow depends on third-party infrastructure and device connectivity; uninterrupted service and background synchronization are not guaranteed. Check what is saved locally and what the server has accepted, and protect your exports.
Privacy, deletion and changes
The Privacy Policy and Delete Account pages explain data use, identity verification, shared-business protection and documented retention. Contact team@cibercoding.com for support or rights requests. These terms may change with notice where required. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the iOS app unless a custom EULA is expressly adopted; these terms describe the JobFlow service.
