JobFlow is a business field-service app provided by Cibercoding Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation. Cibercoding Inc. is responsible for the account and service data described here. Contact team@cibercoding.com for privacy questions. A business using JobFlow is responsible for the customer and employee information it enters and for having authority to use it.
Information you provide
JobFlow handles account identity and profile details, business and member records, and manually entered customer names, contact details and service addresses. Work records can include jobs, visits, notes, checklists, materials, time, quotes, invoice drafts, manual payment records, reports, acknowledgements and documents. Work photos and visible, user-started voice recordings are optional. Only provide information necessary for your work and obtain any required permission from the people concerned.
Purpose and storage
We use these records to authenticate you, enforce business access, save and synchronize work, produce reviewed documents, manage usage and support account requests. Offline work is held on the phone until it can synchronize; accepted records are stored by the service. App activity and operational events support service operation and permitted business analytics. Optional diagnostics are reviewed by you before sharing; they are not a background upload of your work files.
Subscriptions and payments
If you buy optional Pro through Apple App Store or Google Play, the store processes the purchase under its own terms and privacy policy. JobFlow handles purchase/subscription history, status, product and transaction identifiers, verification evidence and technical account-binding identifiers for access, reconciliation, fraud prevention and support. JobFlow does not collect full payment-card or bank credentials. Manually entered customer payment records are business records, not payment processing.
Service providers and transfers
Authentication, hosting and private storage providers process information as needed to operate the service. Apple or Google processes store purchases where used. Production infrastructure, processing regions and international transfer arrangements must be confirmed before public release; we do not claim that a particular production provider or region is already operating. Contact us for the current provider and transfer information. Cloud AI and transcription are currently unavailable; if enabled later, applicable processing and choices will be explained before use.
Security and device access
JobFlow uses access controls and encryption for local protected work, transport and protected server records as implemented. This is not a claim of end-to-end encryption or risk-free security. Camera/photos are used only for selected work images. The microphone is used for visible recordings, not background recording. JobFlow does not request device GPS/location or import your address book; service addresses are entered by users. Background sync completion is not guaranteed.
Deletion and retention
You can request permanent account deletion in the app or through the Delete Account page without reinstalling it. Identity verification is required. Shared businesses and other members’ records are protected; a minimal pseudonymous history key may remain. A business with no other current or past members and its ordinary data can be erased. A last owner must arrange an owner handover for a shared business. Documented legal, fiscal or security holds may retain specific records with a reason and end date; unresolved holds require review. Minimal security and deletion recovery records protect against old sessions or delayed uploads. Exported copies outside JobFlow cannot be recalled. Production backup expiry is not yet finalized; no fixed backup retention period is promised. Deleting your JobFlow account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Your choices and rights
Contact team@cibercoding.com to request access, correction, deletion or information about retention and applicable privacy rights. We verify requests and respect other people’s rights and applicable legal obligations. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority where applicable. JobFlow has no ads, cross-app tracking or sale of user data. We will update this policy when practices change and provide notice where required.
