Request account deletion by emailRequest deletion without installing JobFlow
JobFlow by Cibercoding Inc. offers account deletion in the app and by email. Email team@cibercoding.com using the account deletion button on this page to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app. Identify the account email and say that you want to delete JobFlow; do not include passwords, purchase tokens or customer files. We will verify your identity before acting.
In the app
Open More → Privacy, export and support → Account and privacy → Permanently delete my account. Account and privacy is also available from the business picker when you have no business membership. Review the warnings, confirm your password and permanent deletion. Deletion requires a connection. If it is interrupted, keep the app and retry the protected recovery request; success is shown only after deletion and local cleanup are confirmed.
What is deleted and what is protected
Deletion removes your sign-in identity, preferences, notifications and memberships. A business and its ordinary records are erased only when there is no other current or past member. Shared businesses and other members’ records remain; minimal pseudonymous history keys can be retained to protect that history. A last owner of a shared business must arrange an owner handover. Your unsent work for this account is discarded; other accounts’ pending work is preserved. Copies already exported outside JobFlow cannot be removed by the app.
Limited retention
Specific records may be retained only under documented legal, fiscal or security instructions, with a reason and end date. An unresolved hold requires review. Minimal security and deletion recovery records can remain to prevent old sessions or delayed uploads from recreating deleted data. Production backup expiry has not yet been finalized; no fixed retention duration is promised here. Contact us to understand any retention applicable to your request.
Store subscriptions are separate
Deleting JobFlow or its account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid future renewals, manage or cancel the subscription in the store account used for purchase. You may still request and continue account deletion; subscription cancellation is not a precondition for sending the request. Use the store management links below or contact Support if you need help.
