Include the issue category, your app version and a short description. Do not email passwords, store purchase tokens, card data or unnecessary sensitive customer content. We do not promise round-the-clock support or a response deadline.
Subscriptions and billing
Where Pro is offered, purchases, renewal, cancellation and refund requests are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable platform and legal rules. Use More → Subscription and usage → Manage subscription when available, or the subscription settings of the store account that purchased Pro. JobFlow cannot cancel a store subscription by deleting your account and does not promise a refund.
Account access and technical issues
Tell us whether the issue concerns signing in, business access, saving on the phone or uploading accepted work. Pending work needs connectivity and foreground synchronization. Avoid uninstalling the app while work is unsent. You can request account deletion by email even if you cannot access the app.
